Confirmation of participation: As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of participation is to be made in written to the IFNE-GLEN organizing secretariat: info@ifneglen2026.org

Refunds will be made as follows:
● For cancellation request received until February 1st 2026: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
● For cancellation request received from February 2nd 2026, onwards: No refund will be granted.
● It is possible to change the name of the participant, a fee of 100 U$D will be charged
All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the meeting. Bank charges will be deducted. An additional handling fee of 50 U$D per refund will apply.

 

Letter of invitation: Delegates that require an official invitation letter in order to attend the meeting may address the organizing secretariat, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.
Please note that registration to the Congress is a prerequisite for delegates to receive an official letter of invitation from the Organizing Secretariat.
