Official Congress languages are English, Spanish and Portuguese for Oral Presentations, but PowerPoint slides MUST be in English.

Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint

Please use a 16:9 aspect ratio for all slides

SPEAKER READY ROOM
Delegates who will present their papers should upload their presentation files in the speaker ready room at least 3 hours before their session. If your presentation is early in the morning, it is advised to load the presentation the day before.

E-POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
All E-Posters presentations will be delivered as electronic posters (E-Posters).

E-POSTER PREPARATION AND UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
All accepted presenters will receive direct communication regarding the preparation and upload of their E-Posters.

Presenters are recommended to use the IFNE GLEN 2026 E-Poster template to prepare their E-Poster.
