Oral Presentation Guidelines

Presentation Timing:

Oral presentations:

Total time: 5 minutes

Please limit your presentation to a maximum of 4 minutes, leaving 1 minute for questions and answers.

Language:

The official languages of the Congress are English, Spanish, and Portuguese for oral presentations, but PowerPoint slides MUST be in English
​
Formatting Requirements:

Presentations must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Please use a 16:9 aspect ratio for all slides.

​IMPORTANTE SPEAKER READY ROOM
Delegates who will be presenting are requierd to upload their presentation files in the Speaker Ready Room at least 3 hours before their session. If your presentation is scheduled early in the morning, it is recommended to upload it the day before.
​
Speaker Ready Room Schedule (Da Vinci Hall)
The Speaker Ready Room will be open from May 20 to May 22, from 08:00 to 16:00.

GUIDELINES FOR E-POSTER
​
All E-Poster will be delivered as electronic posters (E-Posters). E-Poster monitors will be located in the exhibition area.

E-Posters MUST be in English.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING AND UPLOADING THE E-POSTER
All accepted presenters will receive direct communication regarding the preparation and upload of their E-Posters.
